I, A Veerappan, operate as an independent home appliance service provider in Chennai.
1. Service Description
I provide professional doorstep repair and maintenance services for air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators.
I am an independent service provider and not affiliated with or authorized by any appliance manufacturer or brand.
2. Pricing and Payments
Visiting Charge: A diagnostic fee of ₹150 applies if you decide not to proceed with the repair after inspection.
Payment: I accept payments via GPay and Cash immediately upon completion of the work.
I do not collect or store credit card or bank account information on this website.
3. 90-Day Service Warranty
Coverage: I offer a 90-day warranty on labor and parts replaced during the service.
Exclusions: The warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by another person, misused, or develops a new fault unrelated to the original repair.
Claim Process: To claim warranty service, please provide the original digital or physical service receipt issued after completion.
4. Technician Dispatch and Conduct
By sharing your phone number and service address, you authorize me or an assigned technician to contact you and visit your premises.
I ensure that all technicians follow basic safety and professional conduct standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for pre-existing appliance damage or any incidental loss during or after the repair process.
My liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.
6. Working Hours
My standard service hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Bookings made outside these hours may be scheduled for the next available slot.
Service Areas: All over Chennai — including Tambaram, Avadi, Velachery, Guindy, and nearby suburbs.
